This post is part of Year of Shakespeare, a project documenting the World Shakespeare Festival, the greatest celebration of Shakespeare the world has ever seen.
On 12 June twenty-five academics, theatre practitioners, digital curators, and museums specialists gathered in London to discuss the Globe to Globe and World Shakespeare Festivals so far. We live tweeted ideas from the discussions throughout the day and also created audio podcasts of each session. Below are the tweets from the introduction – we’ll be posting the tweets and podcasts from the four main sessions over the next few days.
