The English weather is notorious for its changeability. Even our favourite playwright was aware of this, acknowledging ‘summer’s lease hath all too short a date’, and wondering ‘why didst thou promise such a beauteous day…to let base clouds o’ertake me in my way’, in the sonnets. This recent Bank Holiday weekend proved no exception, with a mix of bright sunshine, a brisk breeze, and the odd torrential downpour. The trick is in knowing how to choose your place of refuge during the inclement moments, and we offer the following video suggestion for your consideration.
